Let me start this review by saying that if you have your vehicle serviced by Tucker and his team you will not be disappointed. My father and I dropped off one of our beetles to Twin City Euro after being turned away from two different shops. At the first shop, their air-cooled mechanic quit the day-of, and at the second shop they said they didn’t want to tackle the job. We were relieved when Tucker welcomed us and the project without even hesitating. The vehicle needed a complete engine rebuild after cylinder 3 completely failed and fused itself into the block. We decided to take this opportunity to upgrade to a 1776cc build. Tucker helped us plan and put together a parts list and ordered everything for us with extreme care and expediency. Tucker and his whole staff at Twin City Euro were phenomenal to work with. I drove my 2018 S5 all the way up from south Florida for them to service my brakes and other things. Tucker was perfect every step of the way with updates and recommendations and options. He even was able to have the paint chips on the hood color corrected to match the blue on my Audi in the same day.
